Darla Edwards, 55, of Berryville, AR , went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 20, 2015. She was born August 20, 1959 in Whitter, CA to Loretta Mae Whiteley. Darla was raised by her grandparents, William Whiteley and Robenia Mae Whiteley. At age 14 Darla moved with her family to Green Forest. She graduated from Green Forest High School in 1977. On November 7, 1981 she married Bart Edwards and worked side by side with him on their farm. Her family and others was the recipient of her time, energy and resources. After her children started to school she began her career as a Paraprofessional at Berryville Elementary School where she worked until a few months ago. She was affectionately known as “mother” to many children. She loved God with all of her heart and was a member of Forerunner House Of Prayer out of Green Forest. She is survived by her husband, Bart Edwards of the home, children, Justin Edwards and wife Deanna of Hollister, MO, Courtney Keith and husband Tatum of Berryville, Breanna Edwards and fiancé Gabriel Walker of Kansas City, Charity Stuart and husband Matthew of Berryville, Cameron Edwards and wife Jessica of Berryville, Sarah Costner of Berryville, brother, Robert Hencley of Tulsa, daughter-in-law, Pam Edwards of Springdale, granddaughters, Stephanie, Jessica, Miracle, Alyssa, Ashlyn, Alley, Haliegh, Henlea, grandsons, Avry, Hayden and soon to be born, Husdon and two great-grandchildren, Melanie and Jonah.
