Darin Rowell, age 39 years, of Plymouth, died Friday, September 28, 2018 at his home, after being stricken suddenly. He was the son of the late Marvin and Nona (Silva) Rowell Jr. Born on February 26, 1979 in Plymouth where he lived most of his life, Darin was a graduate of Plymouth North High School, where he was the assistant coach under the guidance of Coach Dwayne Follet, Coach Bill Burkhead for football, basketball and baseball as well as girls basketball under the guidance of Coach Paul Coffin. Darin loved sports. He was involved with the Special Olympics and held the shotput record for Special Olympics on the Cape. Darin was a thoughtful man, and was always considerate of others. He will be missed by his family and many friends whos hearts he touched in the Plymouth community. He is survived by his sister Nina Rowell of Fall River, his brothers, Eric Rowell and his wife Kerry of Carver and Marvin Rowell III and his wife Cheyenne of Chandler, AZ, his nieces & nephews, Arielle, Ariana, Tiana, Tanaya, Marvin IV, Maraya and Angelina, as well as his two great nephews Kataleia and Kai.
