Danny Kaye Smith, age 62, of Alpena, AR. passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2010. He was born in Harrison, AR on November 26, 1947, #1 son of James E. Smith Jr. and Lena Mae Marshall. Danny went to school in Green Forest and was affiliated with Alpena Methodist Church. He had worked as a Baker in Little Rock for several years and later with his dad at Church Furnishings and Installation of Alpena. Danny was an avid Cardinals and Razorback fan. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing, watching all kinds of sports and listening to country music. He is survived by his mother Lena Mae Smith, of Harrison, brothers, Mike Smith and wife Earnestine, of Harrison, Gary Smith and wife Lana, of Harrison, Kevin Smith and wife Becky, of ALpena, sisters, Kathy Basler and husband Tom, of Berryville, Patricia Quick and husband Barry, of Conway, AR. He was preceded in death by his father James E. Smith JR.
