Danny Bruce Hall, 62, passed away on May 22, 2010, after an extended illness. He was born on May 13th, 1948 in Anderson and has resided here all of his life.
He retired from Westinghouse and from the Chesterfield Police Department. Danny previously owned Hall’s Copy Shop, was a member of the Anderson Auxilary Police and the Chesterfield Police Department. He also served as a Boy Scout Master and was a coach for Chesterfield Little League for many years. He was a commercial artist, avid gardener and fisherman, carpenter and a private security officer.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Metcalf Hall whom he married on March 17th, 2000 in Gatlinburg, TN; three sons; Bruce Hall of Chesterfield, Bradd Stephanie Jachim Hall of Alexandria, and Ty J. Metcalf of Howe, IN; a daughter: Dorinda Bob Schwartz of Syracuse, IN; his mother: Ruby Mildred Scott Hall of Middletown; a sister; Jane E. Hall of Middletown; six grandchildren; Hydee Danielle Hall, Erica Brannen, Stephanie Benefiel, Billy Benefiel, Tanner Metcalf, and Cheyenne Metcalf. Also surviving are two great grandchildren, Jasmine Scott and Kadyn Brannen, a nephew Brian D. Hall, and special friends, Sandy and Ivan Fowler.
He was preceded in death by his father; Killis C. Hall; a brother; David K. Hall and a niece; Wendy Hall. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Armand Gallanosa for all of his care.
