Norwich – Daniel Ventura III, 33, of Norwich died Tuesday December 13 at the William W. Backus Hospital.
He was born July 23, 1983 in Norwich the son of Daniel Ventura Jr. and Ninette Gagne Aldi.
For many years, Danny owned and operated Ventura Landscaping. Danny was an avid Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees fan and his love for both teams were second only to his first love which was his family – especially his mother and his three sons.
He was predeceased by his father, sister Nicole Ventura, paternal grandparents Daniel and Virginia (Gonzales) Ventura and uncle Charles E. Gagne Jr.
Danny is survived by his three children Giovanni, Aiden and Ryan Ventura, mother Ninette Aldi and step-father Robert, maternal grandparents Charles E. and Cecile (Dubois) Gagne of Norwich, three uncles Frederick R. Gagne of Wolfeboro, N.H., Mark R. Gagne of Norwich, David J. Gagne of Castro Valley, CA, three aunts Virginia (Ventura) Colburn of Boston, MA, Celeste (Gagne) Hakkinen of Ledyard, Mary (Gagne) O’Donal of Norwich, numerous cousins and his companion Christina Harper of Norwich.
