Daniel V. Kelly, 84, of Holiday City West, Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he moved to Berkeley T wp. 18 years ago. Daniel retired as a Detective from the Clifton Police Department, Clifton, NJ. He served in the United States Navy.
Daniel was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. and was a member of the PBA Local 36, Clifton, NJ. Predeceased by his first wife, Rosemarie. Surviving are his wife Dolores, his two sons Paul and Daniel Kelly, two step children Walter Melkowits and Debbi Peterson, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
