Daniel R. Heberling, 65, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, September 30, 2016.
Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Earl C. and Helen (Christman) Heberling. In 1971, he joined Pentamation as a computer programmer, and continued to work for SunGard Public Sector in that capacity until the present day. He was a season ticket holder for the Iron Pigs, and was an avid sports fan. He loved his family, and also serving others at his church, the First Baptist Church of Bethlehem.
Survivors: former wife Linda S. Heberling of Bethlehem; daughters, Tracy Heberling and her husband Daniel Breisch of Macungie, Jennifer Krausz and her husband Gregory of Bethlehem; sister Jacqueline Uivary and her husband John of Whitehall, MT; brothers Richard Heberling and his wife Linda, and David Heberling and his wife Judith, all of Northampton; grandchildren Emily, Ashley, Daniel and Kathryn. Daniel was predeceased by his brother James.
