Daniel Ortiz Lugo, 56, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, April 16th at his home. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Daniel Ortiz and Romona Lugo. Daniel is survived by his favorite uncle, Elias Ortiz of FL; five sisters, Margarita DeLeon, Gladys Ortiz, Lydia Fonseca, Angel Luis Ortiz and Marilou Ortiz; five nephews, Adalberto, Anastacio, Jr., Edwin, Eddie, and Marilyn DeLeon; his uncle, Mario Ortiz and many other uncles and cousins in Middletown and Portland.
