Daniel Michael Jimenez (“Junior”) went home on January 8, 2016. Daniel was born on June 13, 1975, in Dallas, Texas to Dolores Rendon and the late Daniel Jimenez. Growing up he took his role of first born and big brother seriously. He loved, cared, bugged, scolded and made his siblings laugh in a way only he could do. As a teenager, he was a graduate of Sunset High School, where he met his high school sweetheart, Ana Camacho. The two were inseparable and on the 8th of March, 1997 they were married. Not too long after, they welcomed their first born, Daniel Michael into their family. Daniel was a proud father and continued to revel in his son’s milestones and accomplishments. In 2001, another joy was added to their family with the birth of their daughter, Dazmin. She was his princess and had him wrapped around her finger since birth. Duncanville, Texas is where they established and made their home and created many many memories.
Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Ana; his adoring children, Daniel Michael and Dazmin Michelle; his dedicated mother, Dolores Rendon-Jimenez; his doting grandmother, Juanita Pintor-Rendon; his loving siblings, Denise and Alex Saenz, Dawn Jimenez, Deanna and Jerry Hinojosa, Dominique and Tony Alcala, Daniel Lee Jimenez, and Danielle Jimenez; and his numerous loving nephews, nieces, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Lee Jimenez, Sr. and his grandparents, Cruz G. Rendon and Raymond and Cecilia Jimenez.
