Daniel Martin Lee passed away suddenly at his home in Canon City on January 25, 2022, at the age of 42. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, yet spent most of his life in Colorado.
Daniel is survived by his father and second chance mom, Jim & Collette Lee; brother, James Dowis; sisters, Jennifer (Duane) Wahrman, Rebekah Diedrich, Rachel (Alan) VanNorman, Jessica (Greg) Smith, and Ashley (Micah) Moore; nephews, Jade (Abby) Dowis, Donovan Wahrman, Seth (Kiley) Wahrman, Kyle Diedrich, Conner Diedrich, and Kaden VanNorman; nieces, Madisyn VanNorman and Jocelyn Smith; three great-nephews; 1 great-niece; cousin, JT (MaryEllen) Lee who was his best friend; as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny Sr. & Gwen Lee; grandmother, Charlene Douglass; and his mother, Kimberly Douglass.
