Daniel “Danny” Mark Lopez, age 47, of Fruita, Colorado; left to be with his Lord, Wednesday, May 15, 2013. He was born, September 04, 1965, in Fruita, to father, Julian Lopez, and mother, Dorothy Lopez.
Danny had a very contagious laugh and a smile that would light up a room.
He was the backbone of his family; with his courage, strength, and wisdom, he held his family together through any storms they encountered. His relationship with the Lord, and his love for Christ, is what makes the commemoration of his life a day of celebration; and all the more joyous.
Danny is survived by: his father, Julian Lopez (his wife, Judy), of Fruita, his mother, Dorothy Lopez, of Grand Junction, his wife, Wendy Lopez, of Clifton, his brother, Juan Lopez, of Clifton, his sister, Barbara Lopez, of Grand Junction, his daughters a” Melissa Lopez (her husband, Devon), of Grand Junction, Laree Martinez (her husband, Bobby) of Orchard Mesa, Bobbi Lopez, of Boise, Idaho, and Cynthia Serrano (her husband, Marco) of Caldwell, Idaho, and his son, Aaron Hanson, of Fruita; as well as eighteen beautiful grandchildren who will all miss their Papa’s love and his laugh, dearly.
