Daniel Lee Toothman, age 86, of West Milford, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at his residence. He was born August 13, 1929 in W. Milford, WV, the son of the late James C. Toothman and Cora (Williams) Toothman.
Daniel is survived by his wife of 64 years, Shirley Ann (Flickner) Toothman of West Milford, WV; a son, Jerry Toothman of West Milford, WV; a daughter, Elizabeth Castillo & her husband, Henry of Dinwiddle, Va.; seven grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren; a brother, Frank Toothman & his wife, Patricia of Adamston.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Toothman; five brothers, Ed, John, Jim, Ben and Joe Toothman; two sisters, Louise Carpenter and Joann Bland
Daniel served 21 years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
