Daniel J. Dobi, (Dan) age 63, of Bridgeport, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at The Connecticut Hospice in Branford, CT after a courageous battle with cancer, with his loving family by his side. Dan was born in Bridgeport, CT the son of the late William and Frances (Morton) Dobi. He grew up in Fairfield and attended Andrew Warde High School. Dan worked for many years as a longshoreman in the City of Bridgeport. He was an expert craftsman with building stone walkways and retaining walls, as well as being a talented woodworker.
