Daniel Ivy Allen, 86, Anderson, died June 7, 2007 at Countryside Manor, Anderson after an extended illness. He was born February 18, 1921 in Anderson, Indiana, and was a lifelong Anderson resident. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness.
He is survived by his two brothers, Sidney Paul Allen Jr. & wife June of Anderson and Charles Allen & wife Helen of Norman, Oklahoma; two sisters, Roena Elliott of Anderson and Leona Biddle & husband Melvin of Anderson; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends and caregivers, Lisa Hillcross and Brenda. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Countryside Manor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Paul Allen Sr. & Lena Morgan Allen and a brother-in-law, Donald Elliott.
