Dan enjoyed visiting with his neighbors and friends and tinkering with mowers.
Daniel is survived by his children, Kenny (Cindy) Grider, Sharon (Roland) Sills, Vernon (Pam) Grider, and Sheila Welsh, 3 brothers, 4 sisters, 8 grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren, and his loving companion and dog Oddie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline (Burton) Grider, mother, Ruth Grider, and father, Ray Grider.
