Daniel Ray Blann, age 60 of Bloomington, Indiana passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. He was born on August 31, 1960 in Sullivan, Indiana to Harold and Rita (Fitzpatrick) Blann.
Danny lived his life to the fullest and was passionate about many things including working at Marsh and Fresh Thyme as a Produce Manager. He loved it so much that it felt like he didn’t work a day in his life. Outside of work, he looked forward to fishing, sports and, most of all mushroom season.
Danny is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Karen (Hodorek) Blann, his brother Eddie, his children, Ryan (Trista), Jesse, Molly(Andy), and McCoy, and five grandchildren, Tyler, Jordynn, Kinsley, Henry and Elaine.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Rita, father, Harold, and two sisters, Bobby and Marsha.
