Daniel Bruce Etheridge, 68, of Malden, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Aperion Care in Princeton.
Dan was born August 10, 1952 in Chicago to Bruce and Millie (Durish) Etheridge. He graduated from LaSalle-Peru High School and went to work as a painter and handyman.
Dan volunteered at the LaSalle County Historical Society as a blacksmith and he enjoyed karaoke, music, and reading.
Survivors include his life partner of 32 years, LuAnn Baker of Malden; son, Mike (Annie) Baker of Malden; three grandchildren, Rayna, Jalen, and Kaden; brother, Robert (Peggy) Etheridge of Peru; sister, Susan (Robert) Martyn of Oglesby and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Etheridge.
