Daniel Allen Summers (57) passed away in peace May 6th in Arvada, Colorado. Dan was born January 25, 1958 to Dean and Lucille Summers in Englewood, Colorado. He was the last of three sons. Dan graduated from Littleton High School in 1976 and went on to play football at the University of Wyoming. In 1980, he married Kathie Rollert of Littleton, and had two children, Carson Hall and Dorie Marie.
He will be missed for his passion to sing, his love of animals (especially his dog, Tasha), participation in outdoor activities, love of driving motorcycles and fast cars, going shooting, and his giving heart.
He was survived by his mother, Lucille Marie Summers, of Littleton; his son, Carson Hall Summers (and wife Allison), of Greeley; his daughter, Dorie Marie Summers, of Lakewood; his former wife, Katharine Carson Summers, of Littleton; his brother, Steven Dean Summers (wife Lorraine), of New Orleans; his sister-in-law, Sharon Summers Cade; as well as loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless good friends.
He proceeded in death by his father, Dean Hall Summers and brother, Michael Hall Summers.
