Dana Michelle Turner Johnson, 47, of Noblesville, gained her Angel Wings on February 14, 2021.
She was born on October 2, 1973, in Anderson, the daughter of Myron Paul Johnson and Mary Collier. She was a “Daddy’s girl.” Dana was a homemaker and had many passions, such as style, design, home fashion, and she loved to cook. She had a heart for helping others and was a fierce motivator. Dana cherished spending quality time with her family. She was a caring wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, cousin, and friend. The backbone and supporter of keeping the family whole, she had enough love to give to everyone. There was never anything too big or too small for her to give her family. Dana was divine and beautifully designed.
Dana is survived by her loving husband, whom she married, April 12, 2008, Rondo “Jabbar” Turner, Sr., they shared a beautiful life of 27 years together; mother, Mary Collier; children, Da’Mon Johnson, Sr.; Jayla Seaairra Johnson, Jaleea Seamoan Johnson, and Rondo “RJ” Turner, Jr.; brothers, Myron Paul Collier, and Damon Johnson; grandson, Da’Mon Johnson, Jr; special friend, Danita K. Nunn; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Myron Paul Johnson; two brothers, David D. Johnson and Joseph L. Johnson; brother-in-law, Dont’e D. Turner; maternal grandparents, Willie Collier and Lillie Mae Ball; and paternal grandparents, William “Bill” Johnson and Ruth Turner Johnson.
