Dan Alan Trice, 51, of Alamogordo, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2007 at his home in Tularosa.
Mr. Trice a fifth generation Otero County resident and was born October 5, 1955 in Alamogordo, NM to James Haskell and Betty Ayleene (Richardson) Trice. He attended North Elementary School and graduated from high school in Okinawa and traveled extensively in the area. He began his career in water operations with city of Alamogordo and worked in several areas ending in Boulder City, NV. He was an accomplished musician and played for several bands and founded the “Leftovers” band. He loved fishing, especially in the Florida Keys. He wan an extremely happy person and left everyone happy.
Survivors include his two children, Dustin Levi Trice and Danielle Joy Trice of Minneapolis, MN; his mother, Betty and Junior Stoots of Tularosa; his father, James and Jean Trice of Las Cruces; his brother, James Ernest Trice and Sharon Joy and a nephew, Lee Morgan Trice all of Islamorada, FL.
