Damond attended Kofa High School in Yuma, AZ. and served a 2-year proselytizing mission to Thailand. He graduated with honors with a Finance Degree from Arizona State University. It was at ASU that he met and married his eternal companion, Adriana Ezzre Farar. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa, Arizona Temple on August 9, 2003. They were blessed with two sons, Thomas and Alejandro, while studying at ASU, and later Jacob during medical school.
