Damian Hopkins, 18, Anderson, died February 5, 2007, very unexpectedly. He was born September 7, 1988, in Gary, Indiana, and resided in Anderson since October 2006. He enjoyed being a barber and was always willing to give a helping hand and was very generous to all.
He is survived by his unborn child and siblings: Nekeya James Edwards, Dawn Hopkins husband, Damon Turner, Sabrina Elvin Acree, Jeremey Hopkins, Christopher Hopkins, Tim Hopkins, Kiley Lofton, and Timothy Lofton, Jr. Two aunts: Shawnelle Hopkins and Karen Hopkins. Three uncles: Robert Hopkins, Allen Skeard, and Horace Lofton Jr. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins including Otis Hopkins, Arion Branham, and Carl Lofton.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Timothy Lofton & Nedra C. Hopkins.
