Dallas P. Lutz, of Melbourne, Fl., and formerly of Minerva, Oh, passed away peacefully 11/16/2018 at the age of 83 at his home. He was a man of faith and daily prayer. He will be missed by Heidi, his loving wife of 47 years. A graduate of Minerva High School, Dallas received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Kent State University. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he spent 28 years with the B.F. Goodrich Company, retiring as Senior Vice President for International Finance. After retirement, Dallas worked with his brother, Otis, at CSI Specialties and later with Brooks Enterprises.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Mark (Leslie) Lutz, Carl Lutz, Thomas (Michelle) Raupach, Carola Blackwood, Michelle White; siblings, Otis (Linda) Lutz, Rose (Leroy) Vandegrift, Pat Miller, and Malinda (Richard) Phillips, sister-in-law, Patricia Lutz; Grandchildren, Eric, Elaine, Casey, Madeleine, Alex, Maxine, Emerson, Fritz and Max; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Earnest and Dallas Lutz, Sr., brothers, Mark, Earnest, Jr., and Thomas Lutz.
