Dale R. Leonard, 88, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Greenfield Healthcare. He was born August 6, 1932 in Hamilton CO., IN to Reuben B. and India (Fulten) Leonard.
Dale was a 1950 graduate of the old McCordsville High School and had attended McCordsville United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean conflict. He was an avid bowler for over 40 years and enjoyed building models. He was a life-long Hancock CO. farmer.
Dale is survived by nieces Ila (Jerry) Hummel and Margie Manship as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Dale was proceeded in death by his parents listed above, his wife Betty (True) Leonard in 2007, 1 brother and 1 sister.
