Dale Phillip Edwards, age 46, was taken suddenly to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 2, 2006. Dale was a lifetime resident of Fort Walton Beach and loved the beach life. He was a dedicated father to his son Nash Edwards and loved him dearly. Dale is survived by his parents, Nick and Bertha Edwards, brothers Don and wife Wanda, Mark and wife Helen, Scott and wife Julie as well as sister Jana Bartz and husband Wally and his fiancée Sandy Kelley and her children Danielle and Samuel Kelley. Dale also leaves nieces, nephews and many friends as well as the numerous kids he coached throughout the area’s recreation teams and leagues. He graduated from FSU and enjoyed following the football team and the Washington Redskins. Dale’s real estate career never kept him from time with his son. The two were inseparable and loved each other’s company. Dale was a great son, brother and friend. We look forward to our reunion with him.
