Dale L. Harris Sr., age 70 of North Ridgeville passed away at his home on Wednesday August 8, 2018 after an extended illness. Born in Bentleyville, Pa, he had moved here at a very young age , living in the North Ridgeville, Columbia Station and Grafton areas. Dale loved hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding. He spent time working with Boy Scouts as a den leader and a member of the District Committee. He was a retiree of General Motors, Parma Plant and had served in the US Army. Dale is survived by his wife Jeanne, children David Harris, Sandra Cavins, Robert Cavins, Doug Cavins, Les Cavins and by daughter-in-law Missy Harris. Survivors also include brothers Bruce (Sherry ) Harris, Robert (Shellie )Harris, David ( Lou Ann ) Harris, ex wife Jackie Harris, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Betty Harris, son Dale Harris Jr, siblings Ronnie Harris, Mike Harris and by a brother and sister who died at birth.
