Dale T. Evans, age 81, passed away at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, after a yearlong battle with numerous illnesses. Dale was born in South Whitley, Indiana and was a truck driver by trade.
He was a loving husband, son, brother and will be greatly missed. Dale is preceded in death by his father and mother, Lee and Hallie Evans and he is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Leila (Lee) Evans, Fort Walton Beach, FL; brother, Paul Evans, Mobile, AL; two nieces and one nephew from Alabama.
