Dale Brown, 79, of Three Oaks, Michigan died Monday morning, January 7, 2008 at Caretel Inns of Lakeland.
Dale was born August 5, 1928 in Derby, Michigan to Glen and Elizabeth (Toush) Brown. He graduated from Galien High School where he was known for his skill on the Basketball court. Dale was employed as the manager for the Three Oaks Co-Op.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a former member of the New Buffalo Rod and Gun Club. Dale was a member of the NRA and believed in the rights of citizens to bear arms. He was a member of the Three Oaks United Methodist Church and was active in local government.
Dale was liked by all and loved by many.Survivors include his daughters, Melanie Cheval of Grand Haven, Michigan and Heidi Wells of Newark, Ohio, grandson, Derek Robert Webb and great grandson, Paul Derek Webb.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie (Schmall) Brown.
