Dale is survived by his sons, Cory Theriot (Darlene) and Jason Theriot (Tamica); daughter, Brandy Richard; grandchildren, Megan Richard, Jared Trimble, Dylan Theriot, Autumn Bellot, Jay Michael Theriot, Thorn Theriot, Taylor Theriot, Carrol Dupre, Amanda Bourque and Kimberly Bourque; and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenny Theriot; and parents, Aldon Theriot and the former Marie Barrileaux.
