Dal Gene Bradley Sr. lovingly known as “Rotten”, 82 of Burley, took his first steps into eternity on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley, Idaho.
Dal was born on April 18, 1934 in Shelley, Idaho, the son of Amos Melvin Bradley and Hazel McGary. He was the 12th child of 13, and the 9th son. Dal worked hard all of his life, starting when he was 8 years old after his father passed away suddenly. He worked many jobs, always giving his wages to his mother to help her support the family. Dad played football in high school, before quitting school to serve in the US Navy. He was in the Navy from 1951 to 1955, and was proud to be a Korean Veteran.
