Carol Jean Chapman, 70, of Mechanic St. Norwich died Monday, afternoon, December 8, 2014, at the Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT.
She was born in Norwich on February 21, 1944 daughter of the late Fred and Mildred (Holden) Chapman. Carol worked for many agencies in the area including the Norwich State Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Dave Kendall, Christian Kendall, Debbie Wernicki, her grandchildren, Brennah Kendall, Dave Kendall, Jr., Ben Kendall, Billy Wernicki, Nicky Wernicki, Step granddaughter Jordan and life-long friend, Sandra Hefferman.
