Born October 22, 1944 in Smallwood, Maryland, she was the daughter of Margaret Doris (Poole) Leppo of Smallwood, and the late Clarence Barnhart. She was the wife of Hugh Conrad Zartman, her husband of 30 years.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are son, Rick Rebert of Smallwood, and step-daughter, Christy Lynn Schuhart of Hanover, PA, step-granddaughter, Megan Schuhart. She was predeceased by a step-father, Auldon E. Leppo.
