Czarrah M. Howard, 17, of Lake City, FL passed away in a tragic auto accident on Monday, September 30, 2013. Czarrah was born in Gainesville, FL and was the oldest of three children. She was a senior at Columbia County High School, a member of the National High School Scholar Society and was very active this summer doing volunteer work with the Catholic Charities, the public library and at Avalon Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. One of her many dreams she planned to accomplish was to become a pediatrician.
