Cindi devoted her life to her family, her husband and her children. She spent the later part of her life devoted to her grandchildren. She was everyone’s biggest fan. Mimsey was loved by all and will be deeply was preceded in death by her parents, Claude “Buddy” Rogers and Dorothy Louise Giglio to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 43 devoted years, William W. “Billy” Grayson III; sons, Scott “Buddy” Grayson, Paulo Anthony Grayson, and Stephen Jude (Shannon) Grayson; grandchildren, Aurora Belle Grayson, Abigail Marie Dugas, Donovan Joseph Dugas, and Collin Michael Dugas; sister, Debbie Ann Rogers, niece, Ashley Marie Genevay; great nephews, Micah Ty Thevenot, Remy Claude Thevenot; great niece, Charlie Ann Thevenot.
