Cynthia McCallie (Cindy), age 54, of Fairfield, passed away peacefully Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Carolton Chronic and Convalescent Hospital. Born in Miami Beach, FL, Cindy had been a Fairfield resident for most of her life. A graduate of Roger Ludlowe High School, she worked in real estate sales, was a telemarketer for Standard Oil and most recently was training with Roger Campbell Auctioneers. Cindy loved animals of all kinds, especially strays and rescues. Survivors include her beloved mother, Ann Masaitis McCallie of Fairfield; a brother, Paul McCallie of Fairfield; an uncle, George Masaitis of Santa Anita, CA and an aunt, Catherine Masaitis of Fairfield.
