Cynthia was born on October 4, 1960 to the late Marvin Earl Weldon and Dorothy Mae Brannen Weldon, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Daniel Paul Carter; her father in law, L.C. Carter. Surviving is her son Daniel K. Carter, daughters, Pamela Sue Teasley, Keisha Gene Smith, Tracey Marlene Copeland Smith, grandson Zachary Edward Teasley, brother and sister in law, Bobby and Judy Carter, sisters and brother in law, Deborah Steve Burns, Pamela Earl, Kathy Anderson and Karen and Erik Roberson. Also numerous other Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
