Cindy was born October 12, 1954, in Raleigh, North Carolina to Ashley Davis Dillard and Elsie Mae Crabtree. Cindy worked in Child Nutrition for several school systems and retired at Zebulon Middle School in June 2022. She loved her family.
Cindy is survived by her children, Christy Ward Ramsey (Brian) and John Ward, sisters Faye Coombs and Nancy Dillard, grandson Austin Ramsey and several nieces and nephews.
