Cynthia L. “Cindy” Shue, 59, of Bristol, passed away at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, at Our Lady Of Peace Hospital in Mishawaka after an extended illness.
She was born in Elkhart on June 5, 1952, to the late Howard E. and M. Maxine (Hoon) Windmiller. In July of 1990, she married Stephen R. “Ron” Shue in Elkhart. He survives at home.
Also surviving are son Dustin E. (Amy Bainbridge) Wait of Granger, daughter Stephanie J. (Timothy) Douwsma of Goshen, sister Patricia J. (James) Krauzer and brother Marvin E. Long, both of Elkhart, and three grandsons, Cooper Douwsma, Landon Wait and Hunter Johnson.
