Cynthia A. Muncie, 58, of Elkhart, was called Home on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend. She was born in Elkhart, IN on January 31, 1962 to Nina and Jerry (Ginny) Koontz. She is survived by her parents and children, CaSandra Muncie, Michael (Stephanie) Muncie, and Cynthia Tanner and her four grandchildren, Donivan, Remington, Addisyn and Dylan. She is also survived by her sister, Julie Black, niece Alicia and nephew Kamrin.
Cynthia had 20+ years at CTS Corporations in Elkhart where she became a Global Quality Systems Auditor which allowed her to travel the world. Anyone who knew Cindy would tell you that she was the life of the party with a smile that could light up a room. She had a wonderful personality, loved listening to music and dancing, and was always up for an adventure.
Cindy enjoyed spending time with her best friend, Valerie (Patrick) Roberts, with whom she shared a friendship that withstood the test of time and many miles apart. She always had a positive outlook on life and loved to help those in need. Cynthia accepted the Lord as her Savior and was baptized at River Oaks Community Church in Goshen where her daughter CaSandra attends. Cynthia loved her family and friends immensely and she will be missed by many.
