Curtis J. Leatherwood, age 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at his home in Newnan, GA surrounded by family. He was born in 1938 to the late J.T. Leatherwood and Nomi Addison Leatherwood. Along with his parents, Curtis is preceded in death by his son, Terry Leatherwood. He is survived by his wife, Linda Garcia Leatherwood; daughters, Debi Wilson and her husband Nick, Laurie Gibson and her husband Linny, Marie Rice and her husband Richard; grandchildren, Ashley Shanahan, Michelle Holmes, Brittney Taylor, Victoria Lord, Justin West, Dallas Bennett, Connor Rice, Brianna Rice and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Muller Leatherwood, Betty Jo Clark and William Leatherwood.
