If you’re reading this, I’ve done my job and God had a better plan for me. I, Crystal “Kris” Pokorney was born on November 20th, 1961, one cold, winters day just in time for lunch at 12:04 p.m. to Evon Fivecoat Weihe in Caldwell. I’ve said good bye, the best I could when I left this old world on June 15th, 2016. I lived in Caldwell until the age of 7 and went to live with my maternal grandparents, Mom, brother Rick and sister Vicki in Maple Valley, Washington. Bobby and I married on March 12, 1983 in Oxnard, California and returned home to Caldwell after Bobby left the Navy. On September 4th, 1983 I gave birth to my first son, Casey Lee and on February 3rd, 1985 I gave birth to my son, Nicholas Brandon. I was so fortunate to have some incredible, awesome nieces and nephews!
I got a little brother, Travis Duane in 1979 and baby brother, Jason Lee in 1984. I lost my grandma Alys in 2003, baby brother Jason in 2004 and my mom Evon in 2012. I missed them so much!
I love my family very much and I love my uncle Jerry! Every chance I could, we would text and talk.
For the men in my life…Bobby, Casey and Nick, don’t cry for me.
