WATERBURY – Mr. Cruz A. Gonzalez, 86, of Coniston Ave. died, Friday at Paradigm Healthcare of Waterbury. He was the widower to Gloria Martinez.
Cruz was born on May 3, 1924 in Penuelas, PR to the late Emilio Velez and Maria I. Gonzalez. He worked for Alloy Foundry in Naugatuck as a steel worker for years before he retired. He was proud to be a member of St.
He is survived by a son, Charles Gonzalez, three daughters, Gloria Gonzalez, Edith Gonzalez, Leticia Gonzalez, all of Waterbury, four grandchildren, Che, Javier, Marisol, and Sonya. He was predeceased by his son Marvin Gonzalez.
