Craig T. Zack, 45, of Lostant, died October 10, 2006, at the University of Illinois Hospital, Chicago, following a 6 month illness.
He was born March 7, 1961 in Spring Valley to Marshall E. and Roselene (Berogan) Zack. He was custodian at Lostant Public Grade School and High School. He was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church, Lostant. He is survived by: His mother, Rose Zack, of Lostant; 2 sisters, Cheryl (Cary) Brierly of Lostant, and Dawn (Joseph) Walker of Bloomington; 3 brothers, Kerry Zack of Peru, Rodney Zack of Lostant, and Todd Zack of Lostant; and Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Marshall E. Zack; and 1 brother, Mark Zack.
