Corrine Louise Christian, 83, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at home. Corrine was born April 1, 1938, in Franklin County, Iowa, to Erwyn and Blanche (McGill) Saint. She was previously married and widowed before she met Raymond Christian. She later moved to Windsor Heights from Iowa Falls when she and Raymond got married in 1994 in Des Moines. They made their home in Windsor Heights where they have lived ever since. Corrine worked in the Iowa Falls HyVee bakery for many years. She and Raymond owned a pet sitting business for several years. They watched dogs in their home and made house calls for several types of pets. They especially enjoyed Peanut’s company, who was a silky terrier, as was Josie, their beloved dog.
Corrine is survived by her husband, Raymond Christian, daughter, Lisa Wysong of Des Moines, two sons, Glen Christian of Wichita, KS and Raymond “Lee” Christian of LaVerne, CA; two grandchildren, Clementine De Joode, and Jeremiah Wysong; and her sister-in-law, Bonnie Allison.
