Alda Corrine Marshall Crowell, 87, went home on February 7, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Bobby Crowell.
Mrs. Crowell was a loving mother of four children: Sharon Crowell Mize (Randy Mize), Anthony Crowell (Ling Crowell), Jacqueline Crowell Wilson (James Wilson), and Felicia Crowell Wood (Eddie Wood);
She is also survived by six grandchildren: Carrie Mize Power (Mark Power), David Crowell (Mary Crowell), Bethany Wilson Buisson (Brian Buisson), Candace Wilson, Meredith Wood, and Kristin Mize Bliss (Gary Bliss), and by five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Crowell was a native of Lincoln County, Tennessee and was the daughter of Ollie and Joel Marshall and was one of eight children. She had four brothers, Billy Marshall, Gordon Marshall, Wilburn Marshall, and Lloyd Marshall, and three sisters, Ruth Marshall Rhoades, Edith Marshall Northcutt, and Iris Marshall Davenport, as well as a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Crowell was a housewife and lived many different places being the wife of a serviceman for 20 years, and a minister’s wife for 29 years. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing dominoes and chocolate. She loved the Lord and spending time with her family.
