Mr. Gunn died Saturday, November 24, 2018 at his home in Temple.
Mr. Gunn was born April 20, 1935 in Troy, the son of Royce Wilson Gunn and Maribelle Hood Gunn. He married Billie Joyce “Beejay” Lavette May 1, 1971 in Bell County.
Mr. Gunn was a 20 year veteran of the United States Air Force where he received the Air Force Commendation Medal. He also worked for NASA where he received the prestigious Grapple Hook Award. He rounded out his work life with 30 years in the Apache Training Brigade at Ft. Hood.
Mr. Gunn is survived by his wife Billie Joyce “Beejay” Gunn of Temple and daughter Donna Prystupa of Georgetown.
