Cora Belle Knapko, of Clarksburg, passed peacefully on April 16, 2013 at United Hospital Center in her 87th year. She was born December 23, 1925 in Erie, WV; daughter of the late Howard Wesley Shawhan and Iota Marie Powell. She is survived by daughters, Charlene Marie Wolford, of Charlotte NC; Sharon L. Bee, of Clarksburg; son, John Wesley Quickle, of Clarksburg; 14 grandchildren, Melissa Dulaney, of Buckhannon; J. Aaron Folio, of Houston TX; Valerie and husband Chad Elliott, of Bridgeport; Justin Cresson, of Parkersburg; Rachelle Wolford, of Clarksburg; Stephanie Wolford, of Charlotte NC; Alexander Wolford; Anthony Wolford; Ian Wolford; Jordan Wolford; Lindsay Wolford; Shawn (Eli) Wolford; Rasheika Wolford; Kieran Wolford, all of Charlotte NC; 27 great-granchildren; sisters, Margaret Haney, of Hepzibah; Mary L. Bartlett, of Ravenswood; and brother, John Howard Shawhan, of Morgantown; brother-in-law, William Bartlett, of Ravenswood; sister-in-law, Betty Shawhan, of Morgantown and several nieces and nephews; special friends, Rachel Huff; Susan Kirkendall and many beloved friends and coworkers at United Hospital Center. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Earl L. Quickle; Frank L. Knapko; son, Earl Lawrence Quickle Jr. and sister, Billie Lee Shawhan.
