Constance “Connie” E.
She was born October 20, 1952 in Calumet, IL to the late William A. and Charlotte (Pedigo) Roulo. She graduated high school and entered the United States Army. During her time in the Army, she attended college classes using the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education (DANTES) program. After an honorable discharge she worked for the Small Business Administration.
Connie was very family oriented and she enjoyed painting, ceramics, playing bingo, and going to the casino. Above all, Connie cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Cheryl (Marvin) Asbell, Rhonda (Jamie) Smith; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Mitchell and Brianna Asbell; 4 great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Dominic, Ariyah, and Ava; a sister, Annette; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Along with her parents, William A. Roulo and Charlotte Williams, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Anker; a brother, William Roulo; step-father, David G. Williams; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
