Constance Leigh Overstreet Woolweaver, Born September 10, 1979, in Hope, AR, Constance (Connie) moved to Birmingham, AL in 1981. Connie graduated from Homewood High School in 1997 where she was a Star-Spangled Girl. She then went to UAB where she studied early childhood development. Connie spent the next two decades in the banking business and related services for local companies. She was well known for her aggressive, ethical, and friendly style which brought her great successes in results which many thought not possible. She worked at Wachovia, Regions, and Renasant Banks. In 2011 she became Controller and Director of Operations at Orange Development Inc until 2015. Connie was the mother of two children, Chandler Woolweaver (13), and Kate Ashton Russell (7). Her son’s father died in the fall of 2015. Connie was loved by a vast number of friends and family. She was a beautiful person inside and out and will be greatly missed. Her honesty in work, amazing ability to accomplish many tasks at once, tireless energy to help in schools and community events that benefited others, and devotion to those in her life left many impressed and inspired all to do more for others. She is survived by her son, Chandler; her daughter, Kate Ashton; her Mother, Susan E. (Fields) Johnson; her Step-Dad, Dave Johnson; her Father, Jimmy Overstreet; her Grandparents, Tommy and Barbara Fields and James and Veda Overstreet; her Step-Sisters Laurin Johnson, Marianne Taylor, Emily Johnson, Amy Arendale, and Shannon Parman.
