Constance “Connie” Fye, 85, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 20, 2022. She was the wife of the late Claude “Zeke” Fye who passed away on February 13, 2018. She was born on May 14, 1936 to Arland Gradwohl and Nellie (McCarthy) Beveridge. Raised in Bethlehem, she was a 1954 graduate of Liberty High School and Allentown Beauty School. Soon after, she married Zeke and had two sons. Connie worked for over three decades at Kitty’s Beauty Salon in Bethlehem. Later on, she lent her hard work and dedication as an aide/server for many years taking care of folks at Westminster Village in Allentown. She was a proud lifetime member, holding many officer positions, of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Her sorority sisters brought her much joy and friendship for over 65 years. Throughout the years, she gabbed with and did countless lady friends’ hair from her home salon – her last hair setting completed at the age of 83.
SURVIVORS: Son, Gregory, and his wife, Jojo, and their children, Nikki (Christian) and Tanner; son, Jeffrey, and his sons, Michael and Tyler.
